Dr Wade Blanchard

Wade Blanchard completed a PhD in statistics in 2011 at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. He ran the statistical consulting unit at Dalhousie for 15 years before starting his PhD degree.

In late 2011 he joined the conservation and landscape ecology group at ANU and has been working closely with Professor David Lindenmayer. He has worked on a number of projects in the Victoria Central Highlands related to stag trees, bird analyses and possums and gliders.

Wade has also worked extensively on the Nanangroe natural pine experiment, Jervis Bay and the South West Slopes.
